The challenge

Dispatch ran on shared spreadsheets and phone calls. The founders had signed three carriers who wanted a real product, and every week on spreadsheets risked losing them.

What we did

  1. 01

Two-week discovery to model shipments, carriers, and pricing, and to cut the scope to what the first customers would pay for.

  2. 02

Multi-tenant platform with roles, dispatch board, driver app, and invoicing, built in weekly increments the founders demoed to carriers.

  3. 03

Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and monitoring in place before the first customer went live.

  4. 04

Ongoing sprints after launch, adding route optimisation and customer tracking pages as usage grew.

“Six weeks from whiteboard to paying customers. They designed for scale before we asked.”
